About Matthew Culwell

Matthew Culwell is a Chickasaw writer, technologist, and doctoral candidate based in Ada, Oklahoma.

His novels live at the intersection of speculative fiction and sovereignty. The Dystopia series follows Marcus through layers of constructed reality and asks what authentic choice means inside a world built to predict it.

Beyond fiction, Matthew builds sovereign AI infrastructure through Sovereign Shield Technologies and develops the Adaptive Inclusive Leadership Theory (AILT) framework, which is in academic peer review.
